Surgery for multiple cerebral aneurysms: Literature review and case report

We report a case of simultaneous microsurgical clipping 5 cerebral aneurysms in patient with multiple the anterior brain.We analyzed existing treatment approaches to aneurysms, including endovascular isolation, clipping, as well surgical tactics subarachnoid hemorrhage. covered recommendations for screening, risks, and aneurysm isolation (single-stage multiple-stage).Using our own experience (since no strict guidelines are currently available), we concluded that it is important screen vessels all close relatives patients familial aneurysms.
